El peor servicio, llevamos mas de dos meses con un caso y nunca nos han respondido nadie se comunica con nosotros y cuando llamamos cuelgan la llamada, el app nunca ha servido
Update: I gave the app a day to update/refresh my info thinking that would be the solution. Nope. I wish I could share a screenshot of the app. Junior Varsity stuff here. ... The app won’t even take me through the set up steps. Toggle doesn’t activate. Can only go backwards. Frustrating when you need medical attention in a foreign land. I guess I gotta get on the phone now. Ugh.
Es de lo peor que he visto en mucho tiempo. Me linkea mi cuenta con la cuenta de un familiar y te atienden el telefono de mala manera y no solucionan nada.
I used the app last year. Unfortunately, I can’t change or update this app information because someone has hacked into it and put their country, phone number, and email address. Still has my passport number and name and birthdate. So when I go to fix it the app asks me to check my email for verification purposes…guess what? The hacker is getting my email. I have called Assist Card and they say they can’t do anything about the application.
Hospital needs information and nobody from assist card replies

I had an accident and even they paid for emergency room, the ambulance and post emergency visits for around 3000usd are still unpaid and now , after being called by debt collectors and being threatened to be sued, I paid the bills myself, facing credit card interests of 20-40%, without answer from the team of when will I get a refund

When I need it, the company didn’t answer me, and now, I paid the more expensive plan that they have, and they don’t recognize neither one pandemic day. I spent more than 12 hundred dollars in their service for nothing. The worst experience ever. I’m reporting the company to the consumer defense office, they will must pay for their abuse. For my next year, I’ll take other company with better service. I don’t recommend them
For a friend's 6 month trip to usa we paid 1,493. She ended up having leg pain, she was in her 80's so we were afraid it might be an embolism. She had an ultrasound, there was no embolism, just pain from varicose veins. Within a year we got bills for $65, $265, and the clincher: $2,511.21. After being given the run around for months, finally they said their medical staff determined this was a preexisting condition and would only pay $300. They are an absolute joke. We would have been better off without their lousy insurance and paying off the medical bills ourselves. $1,493 down the drain! Check out the complaints in BBB (F rating) and Yelp (all 1 stars).
After ONE YEAR I am still not having my case completed - VERY disappointed with Assist Card and I will definitely not recommend it if you don’t want to be stressed for an year or more...
I have been trying to get my reimbursement for over two months , but it has been impossible. Seems like they don want to reimburse me . Have más de 2 meses que estoy pidiendo mi reembolso pero ha sido imposible . Parece que no me quieren reembolsar. Ya mande todos los documentos que me pedían .
Terrivle service... I habe an injured kneed with very little possibility to walk and cannot even get the pain killer to ease on the pain. Called Assit Crad and line is alwayss busy and the doctor who prescribed the meds has not sent the prescription to wallmart. I want a refund of the coverage I paid which I am not getting the service

The worst app I have ever seen.
Confusing, full of unnecessary AD’s if your life is in danger this App will be the nail in the coffin. The time you take to get help you probably or more likely will be talking with St Peter. Shame on you Assist Card: Greedy and Irresponsible

Muy mala mi un teléfono para pedir ayuda, nada intuitiva
No funciona su app, cuando uno ya pone todos sus datos de ASSISTCARD sale "Problemas de conexión" aunque esté usando mis propias megas.
The live chat used to work, after the last upgrade the feature stopped to do it. El chat en vivo solía funcionar, después de la última actualización dejó de hacerlo.
